We are the table and chair linen experts, #1 in the Niagara Region, whether you are having a garden party in your home or a very large event at one of the major venues or wineries anywhere within the Niagara Peninsula we will deliver, setup, tear down and clean your linens. We have 100’s of fabulous colours and fabrics to choose from, traditional to trendy. Visit our showroom located in Port Colborne or if you can’t make it down we will set a table for you and email a custom photo to you. Or we can send photos by email to you from our extensive portfolio of work, we have done events and weddings at every major banquet hall within the Niagara Peninsula. Tablecloths, napkins and chair linen cover rentals are all we do, specializing ensures that we are always on time, on budget and that we have an enormous selection. Planning and Consulting

Set-up and Tear-down
Don’t let the job of set-up and tear-down hinder your ability to enjoy your special event. Gotcha Covered has assembled and disassembled special events for over 12 years, so we know how to do it efficiently and effectively keeping your special event problem-free.
Chair Covers, Linens and Fabrics
Creating ambience and atmosphere at your special event can be one of the most memorable impressions that you and your guests are left with. Gotcha Covered’s chair covers, linens and napkins will transform your event location into the perfect setting. We stock basic, shimmer and tuxedo stripe to name a few!
Facility Liaison
We’ve worked with many of the Niagara region’s event facilities so we know who to talk to and how to get the job done. Let us work side-by-side with your event’s facility manager to ensure things run smoothly.
Quality Products & SErvices
Our Policies
The following policies were put in place by Gotcha Covered to enable us to provide our clients with quality products and services: Samples available upon request.
Payment
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. This confirms your spot with Gotcha Covered for the date and location of the event discussed and noted on your initial invoice. The remaining balance owing and final numbers are due at least 7 days prior to the event date. This allows you time to confirm your guest count.
Set-up and Tear-down
Set-up and tear-down services are available. Additional costs may apply due to location of the event and the quantity of the order.
Specific set-up times will not be determined until the week of the event.
Requests can be made for the set-up to be completed on a specific day and within a specific time frame, however, set-up schedules are not determined until the week of the event due to hall availability and volume of orders.
